Brian Johnson – EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Mr Johnson is a civil engineer with extensive experience in the construction and mining industries in Australia, South East Asia and North America. As Chief Executive, Mr Johnson was instrumental in establishing both Portman Limited and Mount Gibson Iron Limited in the iron ore industry.

Mr Johnson was appointed a Director and Chairman of the Company on 4 October 2005.

James Tyers – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr Tyers has a BAppSci in Mineral Exploration and Mine Geology from Western Australian School of Mines, an MBA from the University of Western Australia, a Western Australian Quarry Managers Certificate of Competency and is a member of the AusIMM. He has 16 years experience in the mining industry with the last 8 years involving senior management roles in both gold and iron ore operations.

Mr Tyers has been responsible for development of the Las Lagunas Project since November 2004 and will be responsible for the evaluation and development of future projects.

Mr Tyers was appointed a Director of the Company on 24 November 2004.


Angela Dent – NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Ms Dent is a Chartered Accountant with experience in management and accounting in the mining industry. Ms Dent’s consulting company provides accounting, administration and company secretarial services to various businesses in Australia and South-East Asia. She was Company Secretary and financial controller of Mount Gibson Iron Limited during its listing on ASX and the early development of its Tallering Peak mine, and continues as its Company Secretary. Ms Dent is a Director of recently listed gold explorer Central Asia Resources Limited. She has been Company Secretary and CFO of EnviroGold since 24 March 2004, assisting the Board with the acquisition of Dominicana Gold and the Las Lagunas Project, and the Company’s listing in 2006.

Ms Dent was appointed a Director of the Company on 9 October 2007.

Allan Brown - CONSULTING METALLURGIST

Allan Brown is a metallurgist with over 30 years experience in the operation and management of mining operations. Mr Brown is highly experienced with bacterial oxidation technology and since starting his consulting business in 1998 has acted as the client's representative in managing several project feasibility studies, carried out technical reviews of operations in Australia, and overseas including China, and provided metallurgical input to the valuation of a number of operations.

Peter Symons - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

MANAGER: LATIN AMERICA

Peter Symons is a geologist with 30 years experience, the last 15 of which were spent in Latin America. Mr Symons was most recently General Manager-Business Development "The Americas" for Xstrata Copper and brings to the company a wealth of experience in dealing with government agencies and private organisations within Latin America as well as putting together professional investigation teams to evaluate new projects.

Jose Sena - PROJECT MANAGER:

LAS LAGUNAS GOLD TAILINGS PROJECT

Jose Sena has been appointed as Project Manager for the Las Lagunas Gold Tailings Project in the Dominican Republic. During the years 1984 to 1992, he held senior managerial positions at the Pueblo Viejo Gold Mine in the Dominican Republic, and was General Manager from 1989 to 1992. He is fluent in Spanish and English and is a resident of Santa Domingo.
